Place is neat inside, staff is welcoming, and quick service. The Protein shakes rage from $10 and up. They have regular 24g protein shake and a 32g protein shake. Great spot :)

Best place in Chula Vista for a Nutrition shake. The staff at the nutrition place is phenomenal. Atmosphere is great. I have lost over 30 lbs since I started using there product. My A1C dropped from 11.5 to 6.8 by using their product

I have been coming here since the week they opened. I have tried everything on the menu. I come now post Covid every Monday Wednesday and Friday after my workout and get my recovery shake and tea combination. There is no better way to get started with your day. I am good to go, have more energy and no hunger. Unless I am out of town, or sick I am coming through here. The owners treat you like family.

A Very welcoming, Cute place with great wooden signs and decor. An extensive menu for delicious teas and shakes. Staff was very friendly. Even made me a tea that wasn't on the menu.

Located in the heart of Downtown Chula Vista! I ordered: BANANA NUT - I loved this! Packed full of protein, not too sweet and super tasty. The regular size is pretty big too! COOKIES & CREAM - My husband ordered this one, we didn't like it as much of the banana. I feel like this one you can tell it's made with only water haha. Maybe it's the flavor that matches so well with milk or just a personal preference! CUSTOMER SERVICE / OVERALL EXPERIENCE - Great & fast service! The women that assisted me were very friendly.

The staff is always friendly and fast. If you're sitting and waiting they bring your order to you and they usually are playing country songs which I enjoy while waiting. Their shakes and teas are dee-lish!!! I usually can't choose between a shake or tea so I usually get both. If you're craving something sweet but don't want the guilt, I suggest grabbing one and I'm sure it will help plus they're good for you.

You know what Chula Vista, this place is an example of how a business should be, great customer service and there shakes are delivered in deliciousness, Wow, really made my day, you just never know if someone is going thru a bad day, but they certainly made and impact because that's the way they carry themselves, keep up the good works! Let me start of by saying nothing but amazing people at this spot. Rubi and her parents are the best! Nicest most genuine people. If you need a refresher a pick up, protein shake, pre or post workout this is the spot to go too. There's so much i'd recommend but the coral reef hits different i buy this after my workout for energy or on my way to work. and shakes any or all!!! Thank you Rubi and family love y'all

Macro-friendly and delicious? Yes, please. The Nutrition Place provides a tasty way to get that protein in after a workout, or even a kickstarter to a workout with their energy drinks (which I have yet to try!) I've had their PB Oreo and Cookie Dough shakes -- both filling. They actually taste like the name of the drink also, and not chalky or artificial. I've been twice and the customer service is always on point. They're all so sweet and helpful! Not to mention, they have stamp cards, so after your 10th drink, you can get a free one!
